Data deletion instructions.

You can ask us to delete your data in three ways. Use whichever suits you — the result is the same.

• In the app — delete your whole account and everything in it from Settings.
• From Facebook — remove Fly ROAS AI from your Facebook settings, and we delete the data we received from Meta.
• By email — write to us and we’ll do it for you.

2. 2Step 2: Go to Settings→ then Danger zone.
3. 3Step 3: Select Delete account & data and confirm.

This deletes your whole Fly ROAS AI account, disconnects Meta, and ends your subscription, so no further renewals are charged. Charges already made aren’t refunded — see our Refund policy.

1. 1Step 1: On Facebook, open the menu and go to Settings & privacy→ then Settings.
2. 2Step 2: Open Business integrations. If you don’t see Fly ROAS AI there, check Apps and websites.
3. 3Step 3: Find Fly ROAS AI and select Remove, then confirm.

Removing the app immediately stops Fly ROAS AI from accessing your Meta assets. Meta then notifies us automatically (see Meta’s data deletion callback) and we delete the data we received from Meta.

This doesn’t close your Fly ROAS AI account itself. To delete your brand, creatives and account too, use the in-app option or email us.

3. 3Step 3: Tell us whether you want your whole account deleted, or only the data we received from Meta.

We may ask you to confirm you own the account before we act. We’ll reply with a confirmation code and a link to check its status on this page.

Removing Fly ROAS AI from Facebook deletes

• your Meta access tokens,
• the identifiers of your connected ad accounts, Pages, Instagram accounts and Pixels, and
• the ad performance data we received from Meta.

Deleting your account deletes all of the above, plus

• your profile and settings,
• your Brand DNA, products, product images and other uploaded assets,
• your generated creatives, competitor research and Autopilot settings, and
• your Flight Log and notifications.

What we keep

• Billing and tax records — invoices and payment records, for as long as the law requires us to keep them.
• A record of your request — the confirmation code and dates — so we can show it was completed.
• Support conversations — only as long as needed to finish handling them. Ask us if you’d like them deleted sooner.
• Aggregated statistics that don’t identify you or your brand.

We start as soon as we receive your request and complete deletion within 30 days. Residual copies in encrypted backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle and are never restored for use.

When you remove Fly ROAS AI from Facebook, Meta sends us a signed data deletion request. We verify that it genuinely came from Meta, start deleting the data linked to your Meta account, and return a confirmation code together with a link to this page.
